What this site is

A short page describing a coworking space that is being built in Pontoon Beach, Illinois, and a box where you can leave an email address to hear when it opens.

Nothing here is an offer to sell anything, and leaving your email does not reserve anything, hold anything, or oblige you to anything.

Things may change

The opening date, what the space offers, and how it works are all subject to change while it is being built. We update this site as things are settled.

When memberships do go on sale, they will come with their own terms, and those are the ones that will govern a purchase.

The name and the artwork

The name, the logos and the photographs belong to the business. The press page offers logo files and photographs for use in coverage of The Beach Off 111; anything beyond that, please ask first.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or never offline.

Governing law

Illinois law governs this site and these terms.
